History of PM Associates

PM Associates was established in 2003 and has evolved into a medium sized building contractor taking on projects for a wide variety of commercial clients as well as for the high care construction, school and prison sectors.
  • PM Associates formed and is set up to provide Project Management services to High care construction clients targeting the food and pharmaceutical companies and high care construction industry.

  • PMA work on a large project in Havant for Wyeth Pharmaceutical upgrading various buildings on an existing live production facility

  • PMA undertake extensive work with a newly formed Healthcare Company specialising in the Renal Health Sector. The works included finding suitable locations throughout the UK for the client to establish it's facilities. PMA help deliver 8 purpose built renal health facilities.

  • PM Associates commence the process of offering a Contracting side to the business in addition to it's core Project Management services previously offered to repeat business clients over the last 10 years of trading.

  • PMA secure and undertake over £2 Million of general construction work in addition to still providing Project Management Services to it's existing clients.

  • PM Associates establish themselves as a medium sized building contractor operating in and around London with an annual turnover exceeding £3 Million.

  • PM Associates establish themselves with Carillion PLC has one of their main partners in delivering Ministry of Justice works within live prison establishments throughout London and stretching towards Bristol and the South West region.

  • PM Associates simultaneously undertakes 29 separate Ministry of Justice establishment projects, covering Bristol in the South West to central London, further enhancing its reputation in the MOJ sector and partnership with Carillion PLC. At the same time PMA also provided construction services to 5 school projects in the Boroughs of Kingston and Southwark.

  • PMA are invited to work directly for the Ministry of Justice, establishing itself as a leading supplier in the prison service. In July 2018 PMA became an approved supplier for GovFSL Ltd, the new Government owned HMP Facilities Managers.

  • PMA continue to partner both Gov FSL and HMP direct in fast-track wing refurbishments
